It’s probably way down the list of issues for Chelsea right now, but, according to Calciomercato, AC Milan want a discount on Tiémoué Bakayoko.
The French midfielder is spending the season on loan at AC Milan and after a very difficult start, when there was talk in Italy of an attempt to send him back to Stamford Bridge early, he’s now one of the team’s most important players.
The club are thoroughly impressed with the player, both on and off the pitch. He’s said to have the head of a champion and as well as being influential on the pitch, the former AS Monaco player is also a good person to have in the dressing room.
Bakayoko himself is very happy in Milan and Calciomercato claims he’s sent a message to his entourage to tell them he wants the summer transfer, a permanent move, sorting out.
Therefore, Milan plan to start negotiations with Chelsea in April, and they want a small discount on the €35m fee already agreed.
