Angers have already prepared for the eventual departure of left-back Rayan Aït Nouri by adding Souleyman Doumbia and Enzo Ebosse to their squad for the 2020/21 season.

Three days ago, we relayed news from France that Wolverhampton Wanderers, Barcelona and Bayer Leverkusen are keen on the 19-year-old, and he should join one of these three clubs.

Le10 Sport brings the latest update on this case, and states the youngster ‘says no to two clubs’. Those are Wolves and Leverkusen.

It’s claimed the defender is ‘not tempted’ by the challenge proposed by the Bundesliga club, while he has not ‘followed up’ on the Wanderers offer.

In other words, Aït Nouri has not responded to the proposal made by Nuno Espírito Santo’s side.

A move to Camp Nou is unlikely to be on the cards as Barca are closing in on a deal for Ajax left-back Sergiño Dest.

Le10 adds Atlético Madrid and Valencia have joined the transfer battle for Aït Nouri in the last few hours, but it’s not clear whether or not the two clubs are ready to meet the €20m requested by Angers.
