Striker Hwang Ui-jo is set to cut short his loan spell at Olympiakos and return to Nottingham Forest in the January transfer window.
That’s according to Sport Time in Greece, who say the striker is in his ‘last days’ with the Greek side and set to be shipped back ‘after only 6 months’.
They explain that Olympiakos are ‘preparing to bid’ farewell to Hwang, who will be returning to England as a part of Steve Cooper’s side at Nottingham Forest.
The 30-year-old joined Forest in the summer but was immediately shipped out to bolster Olympiakos’ squad on loan for this season.

They believed he would make a difference after his impressive performances for Bordeaux last season, which led Nottingham Forest to shell out £4m for him, but that has not proven to be the case.
A tally of just one assist in ten games means he has ‘never escaped mediocrity’ and the decision has been made to send him back to Forest.
Only a ‘very shocking, unexpected event’ would stop that happening.
There is even a possibility the loan deal could be ended before the World Cup in Qatar, such is the extent of Olympiakos’ unhappiness with his performances.
