Tottenham are yet to make an offer for Andreas Skov Olsen, despite reports regarding them scouting him during the World Cup at Qatar.

That’s according to Het Niuewsblad, who cover the player today and how he is ‘on the radar’ at Tottenham ahead of January.

The newspaper echoes reports from England that Spurs are ‘tracking’ the player during his time in Qatar, where he is a part of Denmark’s squad.

Tottenham are believed to be keeping a close eye on him and the forward knows that the is being ‘followed’ by then during the tournament.

They reportedly sent a scout to Qatar to watch Skov Olsen and several more potential targets and their interest in him is ‘already concrete’.

However, there is ‘currently no word’ of an initial bid being made to Club Brugge to try and make a transfer happen in January.

There is similarly no mention of an asking price for the 22-year-old at this moment in time, although Brugge are likely to want a considerably higher price than the €7m they paid to sign him from Bologna in January of this year.

He’s been a big hit in Belgium, playing a key role in Brugge’s title win last year and scoring eight and registering four assists in all competitions this season.

An injury had delayed him somewhat, but he is keen to show his suitors, such as Tottenham, that he is ‘growing back’ to his best form at the World Cup.

It still remains to be seen if he will seek a transfer as he has made clear throughout the summer that he was happy in Belgium, but now there is Premier League interest that could change that stance.
