Enzo Bucchioni’s weekly column on Tutto Mercato Web has some interesting news about the Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla.

According to the Italian journalist, Juventus’ Beppe Marotta is already working on a deal to sign the midfielder at the end of the season.

Juventus are working to reinforce their midfield following the summer transfer window, when Cazorla was also linked, and now would be the perfect moment to get him for free.

Of course, the Serie A club’s main target remains Zenit midfielder Axel Witsel, but the Arsenal playmaker would make for a good, and cheap, alternative.

The Spaniard’s contract with the Gunners expires at the end of the season, and Bucchioni claims that it will not be renewed.

Considering that the midfielder has already made 11 appearances for Arsenal this season, scoring two goals and helping his teammates out with two assists, we reckon it would be quite unlikely to see Arsene Wenger letting the player walk for free.
