Lazio’s efforts to sign Bobby Adekanye from Liverpool are detailed by Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport on Wednesday.

The outlet claims that the Serie A side already made an attempt to sign him last year, and now make a new effort to get the winger as a free agent in the next summer market.

Adekanye is said to have decided to leave Liverpool, as he knows he won’t have chances at a club with so many stars, and that’s why he’d look for a new club outside of the Premier League.

The Reds reportedly made a renewal offer for him in February, but that was turned down by the player as he evaluates the other options for his future.

Lazio have now presented Adenakye’s entourage with a new offer, and currently wait for a response. They believe he could be a great addition for next season, even though he hasn’t had the chance to prove himself at the Reds much.
