Despite the Argentina media’s confidence that Juan Foyth is heading to Tottenham Hotspur, there’s been a few disagreements from a few sources.

El Dia, for example, have been doing a great job covering the situation. But from the two sources they’ve listened to for this morning’s story, one said the Tottenham deal was done, the other told otherwise.

However, other outlets keep taking it as a done deal. Last night, Todo Notícias, mostly known as TN, reported that the sale is completed.

Foyth would be joining Tottenham on a €10.5m deal, and will sign a five-year contract with the club. It’s claimed that Paris Saint Germain offered a similar amount, but the player’s wish was crucial for Estudiantes to sell him to Tottenham.

In case Tottenham really end up paying that much for him, that’s basically the same amount Estudiantes were demanding since the start of the saga. So the Argentine club did not give in, and Daniel Levy had to get it done without bargaining.
