Everton and West Ham United have Hee-Chan Hwang in their summer transfer target list, according to Sport1.
Although the forward has featured 21 times this season, he has been restricted to only two starts in all competitions.
The 25-year-old swapped Red Bull Salzburg for RB Leipzig last summer and signed a five-year contract with the Bundesliga side.
It’s claimed the South Korea international could be on the move again in the next market since he’s in ‘great demand in England’. The Toffees and the Hammers were interested in him in the winter market and are still looking at the player.
With regards to the Merseyside club, Sport1 explain Carlo Ancelotti is ‘particularly keen’ about Hwang and ‘wants to sign him’.
The attacker has no release clause in his contract and his current valuation is around €15m.
Hwang has never really been happy at Leipzig and the report suggests he could soon be provided with an opportunity to showcase his qualities in England as ‘the negotiations should be in the hot phase’.
