Feyenoord midfielder Antoni Milambo is in England with his agents as a move to Brentford appears to be getting closer.
That’s according 1908.nl, who report that Milambo has landed in England to deal with a potential move to Brentford.
They report that Milambo seems to be seeing the next step in his career getting closer. He is currently in England with his agents, where he is sitting around the table with Brentford to put the finishing touches on a possible move.
He flew to the United Kingdom on a private plane on Thursday and there is a big chance that a move to Brentford will be finalised at some point soon.
They are determined to bring the 20-year-old Dutchman to the Premier League and have confirmed they will meet Milambo’s contract demands.
He is expected to return to Feyenoord with that agreement in hand before being a part of the squad that takes on PSV Eindhoven on Sunday.
Brentford see Milambo as a versatile reinforcement for their midfield and Feyenoord have been formally informed of their interest. They are expecting to receive a bid soon.
They would like to make at least €25m for their man and are already planning for a future without him in their squad.
