The Daily Juan Foyth on Saturday comes from Argentina’s Cielo Sports, who sound confident the player’s move to Tottenham is closer than it’s ever been.

It’s reported Friday was a ‘farewell day’ for Foyth as he went through his last training session with Estudiantes before travelling to London to sign for Tottenham.

Similar has been reported before, with Foyth having his last full training session, and he’s since been separated from the rest of the squad, with Estudiantes wary of an injury preventing a transfer the club need.

Cielo say Foyth is travelling to London on Saturday, and will sign a five year contract with Tottenham on Monday.

Whilst Foyth was wearing the Estudiantes training kit for the last time, one of the player’s representatives, Daniel Bolotnicoff, was in a two hour meeting with the club, exchanging paperwork from Tottenham.

It’s once again pointed out that Tottenham swooped in to beat PSG to the 18 year old, and it’s been reported in Argentina all along that Spurs were the defender’s first choice.
