Fanatik claim Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim has given a report to the board about the current loan players, and informed them Florin Andone doesn’t have a future at the club.
Galatasaray loaned the Romanian striker from Brighton & Hove Albion during the last summer transfer window, and despite a decent start he suffered a knee injury which has kept him out of action for four months.
Following his return from injury, the Brighton loanee didn’t perform as expected and Fanatik report Terim will allow him to return to his parent club at the end of the season.
There were reports in the Turkish media which suggested Gala could keep Andone in their squad beyond this campaign, but it now looks likely he won’t be part of Terim’s long term plans.
This season Andone has made 11 appearances and scored two goals for the Super Lig side. His contract with Brighton will expire at the end of June 2023.
