Milliyet have reported Manchester City defender Jason Denayer will only join Galatasaray this summer.
It’s been claimed his agent has said: “Jason only wants to join Galatasaray. We will wait until the last moment again.”
The Turkish newspaper has also reported Denayer wants a return to Turkey, was reluctant to move to Sunderland last summer, and will do all he can to be push for what he wants.
Galatasaray’s board are currently considering the Manchester City player as an option, with Sporx yesterday claiming the Turkish giants could look to bring the player back to Istanbul following his previous spell with the club.
The Belgian international spent a period on loan with the Turkish side during the 2015/16 campaign, and wanted to return to Galatasaray last season, but was denied the chance by Manchester City.
Despite his inclusion in Manchester City’s preseason tour, the defender’s future at the Etihad looks uncertain.
Earlier in the transfer window, Denayer was offered a chance to join La Liga side Girona, but rejected the opportunity.
