In the last window, Tottenham Hotspur’s Giovani Lo Celso was subject to interest from Barcelona and Real Betis, and these two sides weren’t able to take him away from the north London club.
The Catalan club’s manager, Xavi Hernández, have ‘not forgotten’ about the 27-year-old.
That’s according to Tutto Juve, who explain the La Liga side’s interest when discussing Juventus’ idea to sign the Tottenham player.
The Argentina international, who missed September’s fixtures due to a hamstring injury, has been limited to 69 minutes of action from three games this season.
He has struggled to have a prominent role since he joined Tottenham, and the report adds Lo Celso received the ‘final sentence’ after Ange Postecoglou arrived at the club in the summer.
The South American’s situation at the Premier League side has caught the attention of Barca and the Turin club, as the latter are also thinking about him. These two sides would be able to sign him for ‘cheap’, likely in January.
Lo Celso’s contract expires in 2025 and Tutto Juve state he can leave Spurs for €15m.
