Earlier today we covered reports from Belgium that Club Brugge defender Laurens De Bock is on the verge of joining Leeds United, and he’s expecting to have a medical with the English side.
HLN have reported on the latest update and they claim De Bock and his agent are on route to the UK, ahead of the player’s proposed move to Leeds United.
Club Brugge are currently in Marbella for winter training, and it’s reported De Bock has now left the team’s hotel, so that he can travel to Leeds.
With Leeds United still trying to get an agreement with Brugge, it seems his agent is going to meet the Elland Road club face to face in order to get the deal over the line.
The 25 year old has struggled to get starts with the Jupiler side this season, prompting the likelihood of a move.
De Bock has represented Belgian’s U21 side on 12 occasions, but has so far failed to make the step up to the senior team.
