Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus apparently has more than one reason to look forward to the winning the Premier League.

As reported by Brazilian outlet UOL today, the 20-year-old will have more chances to play under Pep Guardiola once they guarantee the league trophy.

Jesus is looking forward to it because of the little game time he’s been getting in the team.

First losing the position to Sergio Aguero and then struggling with injuries, the player hopes he can get more minutes so he will be in good form for the World Cup.

For Manchester City, the perfect scenario would be to win the title in the match against Manchester United. Besides celebrating the trophy against their rivals, that would give the club six worthless fixtures in the Premier League, meaning they can focus on their Champions League clashes.

Gabriel Jesus has 11 goals and five assists for Manchester City this season. Not bad for a 20-year-old, but still below the expectations after his great start at the club in early 2017.
