There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Galatasaray could look to come in for Chelsea forward Joao Felix after signing Alvaro Morata at the weekend.

The Portugal international could move in this window after finding his chances limited since arriving from Atletico Madrid in the summer.

Galatasaray journalist Eyüp Yildiz claims the Istanbul side could step in for the Chelsea player if he doesn’t get a transfer to either Marseille or AC Milan before today’s deadline.

There have been reports Felix’s agent Jorge Mendes is trying to get his client a move to AC Milan, and Yildiz has informed Haber Sarikirmizi Galatasaray are closing monitoring the situation with the Portuguese attacker.

Cimbom have the luxury of the Super Lig transfer window only closing on February 11th and could make their move for Felix if he doesn’t leave Chelsea before the Premier League deadline.

“Galatasaray are keeping a close eye on Joao Felix. Marseille and Milan want Felix. If he can’t make a transfer today, Galatasaray will step in,” said the Turkish journalist.

Felix has made 20 appearances for Chelsea this season, scoring seven goals. He’s contracted to the Premier League side until June 2030, with the option for another season.
