Aksam claim Fenerbahce will track the performances of Huddersfield Town’s right back Florent Hadergjonaj during the next international break.
The 25 year old has been linked with a move to the Turkish side in recent weeks and Aksam say the Yellow Canaries will monitor him when his country Kosovo face Czech Republic and England later this month.
Kosovo still have a chance to qualify for Euro 2020 and are currently sitting 3rd place in Group A, one point behind 2nd placed Czech Republic.
Fener’s only natural right-back Mauricio Isla will be out of contract at the end of the season, and subsequently they are looking for possible replacements, with Hadergjonaj said to be option at this stage.
The Huddersfield Town player is an international teammate of Fenerbahce striker Vedat Muriqi, and this could also play a part in a potential transfer to the Super Lig side.
Hadergjonaj has made 10 appearances for Danny Cowley’s side in the Championship this season.
