Takvim claim Fenerbahce scouts watched Reading forward George Puscas during Romania’s clash with Spain last week.

It’s reported scouts from the Istanbul side were impressed with what they saw of the 23 year old and will reportedly continue to monitor him until January. The youngster put in a decent second half performance but he was unable to prevent his country losing 2-1.

The Championship side paid €8m to sign the young attacker from Inter Milan and he’s made a good start to the season with Reading.

However, despite only recently signing for Reading, Fenerbahce could make a move for the player in the January transfer window as they again look to bolster their attacking options. During the last window Fener brought in Kosovo international forward Vedat Muriqi, who’s so far proving to be a success.

Puscas has made six appearances for Reading this season in all competitions, scoring three goals.

The former Palermo striker is under contract at the Madejski Stadium until June 2024.
