Arsenal and Manchester City are still in the run for the Torino right-back Bruno Peres, according to reports from Italy.

Despite not revealing from which clubs, Tuttosport says the latest offers from England for the 26-year-old have been of between €15m and €18m.

But Torino won’t even consider the bids which are lower than €20m. President Bruno Cairo recently said: “I won’t give him away for these numbers.”

Bruno Peres’ agent Bernardo Silva is said to be in Brazil, but Alessandro Moggi would be the man who’s finding offers for the player in Europe.

Bayer Leverkusen, Wolfsburg, Bayern Munich, PSG, Roma and Barcelona are all mentioned as interested clubs as well. But the links with the Premier League have all receiving more importance from the newspaper, especially after these claims from today. Last week, Leicester City were rumoured too.

The question is: is Bruno Peres that good to attract all this competition for him?

It really looks like someone is seeking a move to the Premier League.
