Nottingham Forest ‘still ahead’ in signing race – Player has ‘frozen proposal’ made by Cooper’s side

Sergio Reguilón has been left out of Antonio Conte’s plans at Tottenham Hotspur and has an option to continue in the Premier League by joining Nottingham Forest.
