Levante’s Chema Rodriguez has attracted interest from Brest, according to Cadena Ser.

Apart from the newly promoted Ligue 1 side, the 27-year-old has other ‘interesting alternatives’ and one of them is Nottingham Forest.

The economic conditions offered by Sabri Lamouchi’s side, both to Levante and Chema, are better than that proposed by Brest.

It’s claimed Chema is valuing both offers before making a concrete decision.

Paco López’s arrival at Levante in 2018 saw Chema’s first team appearances being limited last season. The defender, who has a year left on his contract, is not included in his manager’s plans for the new campaign.

Cadena Ser doesn’t mention whether or not Chema is open to the idea of making a switch to City Ground.

With less than 48 hours left in the window, he must decide quickly, if he wants to join Nottingham Forest.

A move to the Championship side would see Chema play alongside his compatriot Rafa Mir, who arrived on loan from Wolves.
