Nottingham Forest and Fulham are chasing Juventus’ Douglas Luiz in the winter market.

That’s according to Tuttosport, and they cover Nottingham Forest and Fulham desire to try and bring the midfielder back to the Premier League.

The midfielder clocked in 354 minutes from 13 games for the Serie A side this season and an injury partly restricted his game time.

Luiz has struggled at the Turin club since joining them from Aston Villa last summer and Juve manager Thiago Motta left him out of his starting lineup in recent weeks.

The report states several clubs are ready to take advantage of the ‘poor feeling’ between Motta and Luiz and the focus is on Nottingham Forest and Fulham.

Luiz doesn’t want to leave Italy as a flop while his entourage, who remain active in the market, are keeping all options open.

Tuttosport state Fulham have been ‘courting’ the Brazilian international for several weeks while Nottingham Forest have started talks to sign him.

Luiz earns €5m per year at Juventus and the report explains the two Premier League duo have the funds to meet his salary and ‘satisfy’ the fee requested by the Italian club, which isn’t specified.
