Nottingham Forest are interested in Nantes defender Nicolas Pallois, according to L’Equipe.
The French newspaper focuses on players Nantes need to sign and also on their own players, who could look for a move elsewhere in the mid-season transfer window.
Pallois joined the Ligue 1 side in 2017 and after featuring regularly in his firs two seasons, Nantes decided to offer him a new four-year deal in May 2019. This season, he has made 17 starts in the league.
Even though Sabri Lamouchi’s side is keen on signing the the centre-back, a move to the Championship side in the winter market has been ruled out.
That’s because his transfer is not on the agenda of the French club and L’Equipe further adds Nantes have no plan to allow any of their players to leave in January.
L’Equipe only focuses on Nottingham Forest’s interest in Pallois and there isn’t any indication if the player is willing to make a switch to City Ground next month.
