Nottingham Forest are now showing an interest in Marseille winger Ismaïla Sarr after Crystal Palace made an offer for him yesterday.
That’s according to L’Equipe, who report that both Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest have ‘expressed an interest’ in the player.
The newspaper reports that Marseille had been looking to include Ismaïla Sarr in a deal for goalkeeper Filip Jörgensen, but that idea has now been abandoned.
The French club seem keen to move him on, though, and his future may rest in the Premier League as both Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest are interested.
They’ve both expressed an interest and the player would be keen on the move to England after a difficult time in France.
Marseille would ideally like a transfer for the player, so they can recoup the €13m they paid to sign him last summer but would be open to a loan with an option to buy just to get his wages off of the books.
That would presumably suit both of the Premier League sides and given the fact a report last night stated Crystal Palace had already made an offer, expect more from them and Nottingham Forest in the coming days and weeks.
