Ondrej Duda is going to be a Norwich City player, at least for the rest of the current season.

The transfer is being presented as all agreed by two German sources on Thursday afternoon.

Bild report the Hertha Berlin player is being sent on loan to Norwich City, and there’ll be no purchase option in the transfer. He’s leaving the Bundesliga club having failed to make his way into the plans of manager Jurgen Klinsmann.

The German newspaper point out that Duda was ‘outstanding’ last season, scoring eleven goals in the league and assisting six more. Unfortunately, things didn’t go so well this time around and he’s only got one assist to his name, being left out of the match-day squad completely for the past three fixtures.

Kicker mirror Bild’s information, and add that Duda will fly back from Hertha’s Florida trianing camp on Thursday evening, and then take another flight to England to sign for Norwich City.

The 25 year old is a flexible attacking player and can be used in a number of systems.
