Fanatik claim intermediaries have offered Norwich City forward Nelson Oliveira to Besiktas ahead of the next window.

The Turkish newspaper claim the agents, who also represent Besiktas winger Ricardo Quaresma, have offered the Norwich City outcast to the Istanbul club.

According to Fanatik, Besiktas are now considering this offer and Norwich City are open to either loaning or selling the player outright.

We covered previous reports from the Turkish press that the 27-year old is a target for the Turkish club in the January transfer window. The Super Lig club have made it their priority to bring in a No.9 in the new year after losing Cenk Tosun and Alvaro Negredo in the past two windows.

Oliveira is currently out of the picture under Daniel Farke, and may need to move on in the next transfer window to get first team football elsewhere.

The former Benfica man has yet to feature for Norwich City this season and has made only three reserve game appearances for the Canaries.
