ESPN Brasil today shares some news on the future of Norwich City midfielder Pedro Lima.

The 21-year-old is currently having a loan spell from Palmeiras, and could return to Brazil at the end of the season.

It’s claimed that there’s still ‘no definition’ regarding Lima’s potential stay at Norwich, as they probably won’t use the buying clause over him.

Palmeiras don’t seem to want him either, as they have far too many options for his position, so he could end up going somewhere else.

ESPN adds that Lima has been getting offers from Brazilian clubs in the first and second divisions, as well as from Portugal and Croatia.

There’s a clear reason for Norwich City to not even consider buying the player, which is the fact that he didn’t even make his debut for the Championship side this season.

Lima has only been featuring for the Canaries’ U-21 squad, and was only taken to the bench by the first team in their match against Preston North End last weekend.
