Everton, Manchester United or Lyon could soon be getting Yerry Mina, reports Marca.
In a Tuesday morning update it’s stated the Colombian defender isn’t training with the Barca group. Barcelona haven’t released any information about the player picking up an injury, as their press office would usually do if that was the case.
Marca say it was planned that Mina would be at training today with the rest of the first team squad, therefore his absence is creating a stir.
Whilst Everton, Man United and Lyon are said to be the strongest in the race, it’s reiterated that as of yesterday no agreement had been found with any of the clubs.
Barcelona continue to try and get €40m and, perhaps understandably, those who are keen haven’t been quite keen enough to match that figure.
The Catalan side don’t need Mina in their squad, especially after signing Clement Lenglet from Sevilla earlier this summer.
Marca don’t mention this, but there’s a chance Mina is taking things into his own hands and trying to pressure Barca into accepting a lower offer.
