Aksam report Fenerbahce are interested in Mainz’s young midfielder Erkan Eyibil but the Turkish club will face strong competition from Newcastle United and West Ham United.
The 17 year old has been labelled as the ‘new Mesut Ozil’ and he’s currently playing for the German side’s U18 team.
Eyibil is reportedly considering his future with his family and coaches, with claims he’s evaluating three offers from West Ham, Newcastle and Fenerbahce.
Eyibil is said to be also open to playing for the Turkish club and becoming a part of their rebuilding process, but his final decision has yet to be made.
The youngster is contracted to the Bundesliga side until June 2020.
