A host of Premier League clubs have been linked with a move for Juventus’ Kenan Yildiz in the past few days. Now, Newcastle United have also emerged as a candidate for the Turkish star.

Calciomercato.it have reported on the situation of the youngster, stating that the lack of Champions League football at Juventus could force them into selling a key asset like Yildiz.

Newcastle United are said to be following the 19-year-old, an the possibility of a mega swap deal is floated.

That is because of Juve’s interest in Sandro Tonali. The report believes that the Italian’s name is ‘circled in red’ sporting director Cristiano Guintoli’s shortlist for the summer transfer window.

In their attempt to land the ex-Milan midfielder, the Bianconeri could offer Kenan Yildiz to Newcastle United.

The winger is valued at €80m by the Old Lady and that amount may prove enough to bring Tonali to Turin. However, it’s very unlikely Newcastle United would value him the same, and perhaps this is all wishful thinking from Italy.

Tonali is seen as a potential replacement for Douglas Luiz, who arrived at Juventus last summer from Aston Villa.
