Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest have been linked with a move for Marseille’s Luis Henrique over the past few weeks.
Inter Milan have been key competitors in the chase and there has been talk that terms between the player and the Italian giants have already been agreed.
Despite that, the Brazilian’s move to Inter hasn’t been sealed and TuttoSport have provided some information on the right winger’s future.
They state Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest have ‘knocked on the door’ to sign Marseille’s 23-year-old and there has also been interest from Bayern Munich.
Luis Henrique’s preference is to join Inter and that is why an agreement over personal terms has been reached. He would earn €2.2m per season in a deal that will expire in 2030, but some hope is still there for Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.
The Nerazzurri continue to struggle to reach an agreement with Marseille, even though the French club’s demand has come down to €30m.
Simone Inzaghi’s side are offering only €22m plus a potential #m in bonuses, and this gap between the clubs can bring competitors back into the race.
