Fotomac claim Fenerbahce are still interested in signing Manchester United left back Luke Shaw, and have made a new offer for the player. The story is presented with some excitement, as Fotomac refer to it as a transfer ‘bomb’.

The Turkish newspaper suggest the 22 year old left back is still top of Fenerbahce’s shortlist as their search for a left back continues, and it’s claimed the footballer is considering the approach.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has preferred the likes of Ashley Young, Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind in Shaw’s position.

More optimistically, Shaw played against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday night and put in a decent performance.

However, it’s still unlikely the England international will get the nod for this weekend’s clash with Manchester City, with Young set to return.

Fenerbahce have had a recent upturn in results after a poor start, but manager Aykut Kocaman still wants to strengthen his team in the new year.

The left back position has become one of the priorities for the Yellow Canaries for the next window, and Shaw’s name has continually been mentioned in the Turkish media.
