According to the latest reports in the Turkish media, Trabzonspor still haven’t found an agreement with West Bromwich Albion over the signing of Okay Yokuşlu.
Claims at the weekend said the Turkey international was close to a return to the Super Lig after talks with the Baggies. However, there are now contradicting reports that they still haven’t agreed on a transfer fee for the 30-year-old.
Isci Haber report Trabzonspor have agreed personal terms with the central midfielder, but negotiations are still ongoing with the Championship side over the fee.
With pre-season training now underway the Trabzon club are still hoping to get a deal done in the coming days despite these delays, and talks will continue so that an agreement is finally made.
Yokuşlu has also been linked with Hull City in recent weeks, yet it now seems the Championship side will miss out on the player.
He made 18 appearances for West Brom last season and is contracted to the Baggies until June 2025.
