Florian Jozefzoon has been a much wanted man this week.
The Dutch winger has impressed enough at Brentford to catch the eye of Leeds United and Derby County.
There’s been many claims of offers and the 27 year old potentially going to one or the other, but from the Netherlands they see it more clearly.
Voetbal International, the leading football magazine in the country and a major source of news, reports that Jozefzoon is ‘on his way’ to Derby after the club had an offer accepted by Brentford.
That offer stands at €3m and it’s stated Leeds United also made the same offer, but the player himself has chosen Derby.
Voetbal International seem impressed by the opportunity Jozefzoon will get to work with ‘Chelsea icon’ Frank Lampard at the Championship club.
As far as it’s seen by the Dutch source, this one should be done soon and Derby County have won out over their transfer rivals Leeds United.
