Everton star Richarlison is finally back in training, and should be completely fit very soon.

The forward has been at Brazil’s training camp, and couldn’t join the squad on the pitch on Monday and Tuesday due to his ankle injury.

Now following a revaluation on Wednesday morning, Richarlison was given the green light to work with the ball, and should soon be available to train normally.

“He presented himself with a little discomfort in his ankle, also coming from a long trip,” said Brazil doctor Rodrigo Lasmar (via Globo Esporte).

“These two days were important for us to better recover the athlete. He worked very well this morning, he didn’t report any complaints, he felt very well and this gives us a condition to evolve and release him to train together with the group.”

Richarlison had to be subbed off in the match against Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend. The Brazilian forward was tackled by Seagulls fullback Tariq Lamptey, and left the game after only 25 minutes.

When landing in Brazil, the attacker revealed that there was a previous problem from the match against West Ham. That’s why he chose to abandon the game and not take any further risks.

Brazil are playing Bolivia at home on Friday and then Peru away on Tuesday. Following the international break, Richarlison joins Everton to play the Merseyside derby against Liverpool on the 17th of October.
