We’re entering the last week of the transfer window, and Newcastle’s Moussa Sissoko hasn’t found a new club for himself yet.

The French international has publicly urged teams to sign him this summer from the Championship side, but nothing has materialised until now.

The latest reports link Sissoko with a move to Inter Milan, but the Serie A side reportedly don’t want to match Newcastle’s asking price. This happens repeatedly with Inter, they’re linked with big purchases but don’t want to come up with the money.

The Magpies are holding out for €40m, whilst Gazzetta claim Inter are ready to spend around €32m, and even that lower figure would be a surprise for Inter.

According to a latest report on Italian website Calciomercato, Juventus have been offered Moussa Sissoko by intermediaries in recent days. Sissoko, however, isn’t a primary target for Juventus as they have Paris-Saint Germain’s Blaise Matuidi on their wish-list.

Juventus might consider Sissoko if they fail to sign their primary targets, but time is running out for the Frenchman and it’d be interesting to see how this works out in the next few days.
