Turkish newspaper Sozcu believe Feyenoord’s young midfielder Orkun Kokcu will join either Arsenal or Sevilla in the summer.

Mikel Arteta’s side have been linked with a move for the 19 year old in recent months, and Sozcu claim they will have to beat Sevilla to the signature of the player.

Its reported clubs will make their move once the future of this season becomes clear, and Kokcu is destined to leave Feyenoord, after rejecting multiple offers from them to extend his contract.

The Turkish U21 international has been one of the most important players in Dick Advocaat’s team this season and his performances have reportedly caught the eye of some of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Arsenal.

Kokcu made 22 appearances and scored two goals in the Eredivisie this season before the league was null and voided at the end of last month.

His contract with Feyenoord only expires at the end of June 2023 but it seems the Dutch side will look to cash in on him this summer.
