A Bola state Oliveira welcomes the opportunity of a January move, because he’s keen on playing some more football.
The 24 year old has only played for Porto twice this season, and he has a buyout clause of €30m.
Even Porto would be aware that they’d get nowhere near that figure, and may well be pleased to agree a loan deal, hoping it leads to a permanent transfer and a decent fee.
