Following a trip to Turin where he met with Cristiano Ronaldo, discussed a potential move to Manchester City and got the green light regarding a two year contract at the Etihad, Jorge Mendes is now in Paris.
A couple of sources have popped up on Thursday afternoon, starting with Portuguese journalist Pedro Sepúlveda, who explains the super agent ‘landed’ in the French capital this afternoon.
This comes ‘at a time when he is looking for a placement for Cristiano Ronaldo’, hinting that talks with Paris Saint-Germain, who could end up losing Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid if their valuation is met, could be taking place.
This is corroborated by Corriere Torino, who, relayed by TuttoMercatoWeb, state ‘it’s possible’ that he will meet the French side, ‘trying to negotiate’ a departure from Juventus for his client.

It all seems a bit like speculation at the time, but it certainly does raise a few eyebrows, especially when Manchester City seemed to be heading in the right direction to give Pep Guardiola the big name striker he wanted after missing out on Harry Kane.
Whether the player ends up at the Etihad before the end of the transfer window, however, remains entirely up to the interested clubs, who will have to meet Juventus’ valuation of the player, which currently stands around €25m.
