Takvim claim Besiktas directors Safak Mahmutyazicioglu and Umut Guner are in London to sign West Bromwich Albion attacker Nacer Chadli.
It’s claimed crunch talks with West Brom are currently taking place and Takvim report Chadli was also in a meeting last night
With West Brom’s relegation to the Championship there’s a good chance the Belgian international could leave the Baggies in this transfer window.
Initial reports suggested West Brom were only prepared to sell the player, but there have been recent claims they could loan him to the Istanbul side for €3m. However, Besiktas need to sell first to be able to offer this loan fee.
Chadli has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Besiktas so it remains to be seen how this transfer will play out.
The player is contracted to West Brom until June 2020.
