Manchester United are considering improving their attack by signing Paris Saint-Germain’s Randal Kolo Muani in the winter market.
That’s according to Le10 Sport, who state Manchester United have made contacts to sign the striker.
The France international has two goals from 12 games this season and earlier this month he ruled out a move away from PSG in January. Reportedly, yhat didn’t stop Manchester United from making an approach for the 25-year-old.
Luis Enrique needs a new attacker for the second half of the season and the Paris club can only bring in a new player if there are exits. Kolo Muani and Milan Škriniar are the two candidates who could leave Parc des Princes.
The Red Devils are said to be showing interest in the Frenchman and have recently registered their interest in him. Le10 points out the Premier League side don’t have funds to buy players and therefore requested to sign Kolo Muani on a loan deal.
It’s claimed Manchester United manager Rúben Amorim ‘wants to trust him’, and his side will continue contacts, likely with PSG. The player needs to decide whether to join the English club or continue at PSG.
In short, Amorim wants Kolo Munai and Manchester United, who will continue talks, have to convince him to secure his services.
