It seems that the possibility of Alex Sandro’s contract renewal with Juventus doesn’t make much of a difference in the hunt for him.
It’s the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport who reports it today, claiming clubs will continue trying to sign the Brazilian, regardless of a new deal or not.
The outlet names two European giants who are in for Alex Sandro: Manchester United and Paris Saint German. And the first seems closer to attempting the signing than the other.
PSG are said to be on hold as they still depend on the Financial Fair Play to see if they will be able to sign a player of such value or not.
But the Red Devils would be more ready to make the move. Tuttosport claims that Juventus and Manchester United are currently in talks for the transfer of Matteo Darmian, and things should soon be ‘extended’ to Alex Sandro as well.
Now if a deal for Darmian is taking that long, just imagine how much time it would take for an agreement for Alex Sandro.
It feels like Juventus have been edging towards the market and back again for a year.
