According to Sabah, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur scouts watched Vedat Muriqi when Fenerbahce clashed with Besiktas last weekend.
In recent months the player has been linked with a move to both Premier League sides.
The Kosovan striker continued his great form in front of goal by scoring against Fener’s local rivals and his overall performance was once again very good.
Along with Manchester United and Tottenham, it’s reported Lazio and Juventus also watched him but Fenerbahce have made it clear that they won’t sell their star player in the January transfer window.
Manchester United and Tottenham have reportedly monitored him in other games this season.
The Turkish giants are competing for the Turkish Super Lig title, and Sabah say the club’s board won’t listen to offers for the 25 year old in January.
However, things could change at the end of the season following reports Fenerbahce may be tempted to consider selling him if interested parties come in with an offer that can’t be refused.
Muriqi has scored 11 goals in all competitions for Fener this season and is contracted with the club until June 2023.
