Following the many players Manchester United have been linked to in the past couple of days, we can now add Nice’s Khephren Thuram to that list.
French outlet Media Foot today writes that the Red Devils are one of the clubs who are interested in the 21-year-old.
According to their information, Manchester United have ‘checked the name’ of the player in their list. It’s said he may not be the Old Trafford side’s priority, but ‘remains a profile studied very closely’.
The Red Devils have been struggling to reinforce their midfield this summer, and Thuram is said to be a ‘nice alternative’ for big names such as Frenkie de Jong and Casemiro.
Media Foot claims Nice value him at €20m, and that makes him ‘not a difficult prey for the big budget teams’.
However, if Manchester United are willing to try a lower price, they may find no success.
That’s because the outlet points out Paris Saint-Germain had also taken an interest in the midfielder, but with Nice playing tough in the talks, Christophe Galtier’s side ended giving up on him.
