Paul Pogba’s contract situation means he’s going to continue to be featured in the European media until he either renews his Manchester United deal, or signs a contract with another club.

There’s been more reports than usual over the past week or so, and according to various claims, the midfielder is being offered around clubs, by his agent Mino Raiola.

At the weekend, Sport, a Catalan newspaper, reported Pogba has been offered to Barcelona, as well as ‘to most of the important clubs in Europe’. Those include, but are not limited to, PSG, Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The Blaugrana have already rejected the idea, feeling they ‘could never reach the figures’ that Raiola and Pogba are looking for. Indeed, according to Sport, there’s an assumption that the agent is using other clubs, and supposed interest from them, to help the Manchester United renewal.

Sport therefore believe Pogba will end up signing a new contract at Old Trafford, and become one of the highest paid players in the Premier League.

The 28-year-old isn’t having his best form right now, and according to WhoScored he put in his worst performance of the season in the 4-2 loss to Leicester City, being rated just 5.79/10.
