Manchester United scouts were in attendance at the Europa League match between Olympiacos and Young Boys at the Karaiskakis Stadium, reports Greek website Gazzetta.

The match ended 1-1 with Kostas Fortounis on the scoresheet for Olympiacos, whilst Guillaume Hoarau scored for Young Boys.

It’s been reported scouts from Bayern Munich, Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen, Trabzonspor, Villarreal and Bologna were also present in the game.

Gazzetta don’t seem to be particularly sure who Manchester United could be monitoring, but have mentioned a number of players. Manchester United could be watching Fortounis, Andre Martins, Luka Milivojevic, Panagiotis Restos, and several other names.

Luka Milivojevic was recently linked strongly with Leicester City, as Caludio Ranieri looks to strengthen his midfield, still lacking since N’Golo Kante moved to Chelsea. A 25 year old Serbian defensive midfielder, he’s also attracted interest from elsewhere and may well move on to a higher level soon.

Manchester United have recently expanded their scouting network, which results in officials visiting teams which may not have been watched previously.
