It’s still very early in transfer season, but that hasn’t stopped some Manchester United fans becoming concerned about a lack of early business.
Manchester City completing deals for both Bernardo Silva and Ederson hasn’t helped keep patience in check, and a couple of big signings soon will be welcome.
The nerves could be about to be calmed. Friday’s edition of Portuguese newspaper Record reported Victor Lindelof to Manchester United is all agreed, and the player will travel for a medical after his international matches. Sweden face France on Friday and Norway on Tuesday, leaving the defender free from Wednesday onward.
Spain’s media have, at least in our opinion, been a little less excitable over Alvaro Morata to Manchester United in the past week, but that changed on Friday.
Marca reported the player’s agent had informed Real Madrid he wants out, and Spanish radio are now involved.
Onda Cero sent out tweets on Friday night talking up an imminent move, and Morata travelling to Manchester United on Monday to sign for five seasons.

That would involve another medical being pencilled in.
It’s either going to be an exciting week coming up for Manchester United fans, or hairs are going to be pulled out. Jose Mourinho has put public pressure on Ed Woodward to get things done, and it would appear he’s going to get his way.
