Over the past few days, it’s become very clear that Manchester United are in serious talks to try and sign Adrien Rabiot.
The updates have been a mixed bag, with some claiming a deal is around the corner, while others believe the Red Devils are struggling to convince the player and his mother, Véronique, who so happens to also be his agent.
What is certain is that Manchester United are hard at work, with John Murtough, their sporting director, travelling to Turin on Friday to hold talks with the player’s entourage about a move.
He’s now been pictured leaving the Italian city following the negotiations, although the details of these have yet to filter through.

It’s been widely reported that an agreement has already been reached with Juventus, so the final hurdle is settling the personal terms with the player.
Either way, Manchester United have set themselves some sort of deadline to get it done, according to Corriere dello Sport, who report on Friday the Premier League side aim to close the deal ‘within the next week’.
That means they’ll give themselves all weekend and a bit more to try and get a transfer over the line, after which, if they are still unsuccessful, they will likely move onto other targets.
