Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo have released Manchester City’s travel and training arrangements ahead of the club’s trip to Barcelona.

Manchester City face Barcelona on Wednesday in a Champions League group game, and it’s a vital match in deciding who is going to top the group. Pep Guardiola returning to Barcelona, just like he did with Bayern Munich, is of course big news in Spain and adds to the interest in the match.

It’s stated Manchester City will stay at the W hotel and then return home the day after the match, as is usual.

The W hotel is based on the waterfront in Barcelona, almost jutting out into the sea. It has a rooftop pool and a private beach area, nice for a stroll before getting down to the business of football.

If you fancy staying at the hotel on Wednesday they have rooms available from €1,600, or there’s always the ‘Extreme Wow Suite’ at just €11,000.
