Yaya Toure’s chance of wearing the Manchester City shirt again is not really looking bright after the latest stand off between Pep Guardiola and his agent Dimitri Seluk.
Guardiola insisted Seluk should apologise for Toure to have any chance of being considered again to play. Seluk, however, didn’t really want to budge in and retorted by suggesting Guardiola must instead first apologise to Manuel Pellegrini and Joe Hart.
According to Italian website Tutto Mercato Web, several clubs are taking note of Toure’s situation at Manchester City, and the player could leave in January.
Inter, who have been linked to Toure several times in the past, are following him with particular interest, whilst Juventus are also keen. Tutto Mercato Web say Inter and Juventus were keen on Toure in the summer, and could return in January.
Toure’s contract at Manchester City expires at the end of the season, and it won’t be a surprise if he is allowed to leave on a free transfer in January itself.
